1 Eligibility Requirements

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus of up to 150% is available on your first deposit. The following terms apply to this bonus:

• Failure to Complete KYC Verification or Providing False Information
• Suspicious Financial Activity or Suspected Money Laundering
• Extended Inactivity (over 12 months)
• Court or regulatory authority order

If you wish to close your account yourself

You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@ppvi3.ws. We recommend withdrawing your available balance before the account is closed.

10 Dispute Resolution

Ppvi3 is committed to treating all players fairly and transparently. If a dispute arises, please follow the steps below.

1. Step one — contact support: Email us at support@ppvi3.ws with full details of your issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
2. Step Two — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you have the option to escalate your complaint to a manager.

Withdrawals of the disputed amount may be temporarily placed on hold while the dispute resolution process is ongoing.
